Unlike other Reaction Training Apps, our App doesn’t need additional hardware. You just need your iPhone or iPad to access all features. You can also connect your device with up to 5 other devices to improve your training options.
Reaction Timer comes with an Apple Watch app that you can use to control the trainings running on your iPhone.

The athlete’s ability to quickly and accurately pick up relevant information will reduce the time of making a decision and will allow more time for preparation of motor behaviour. As such, reaction time and anticipatory skill are critical aspects of perceptual abilities and have been considered advantageous to the player’s successful performance.

You will have access to a complete library of predefined trainings (you only have access to the full library with our Premium Subscription) that you can use to improve your performance.
You can also customize the predefined trainings or create your own trainings according to your specific needs.
You can configure your reaction training as a normal interval based training, allowing you to configure the active and pause time for each round. You can also configure the interval timer to have multiple cycles allowing you to define different active and pause times for each cycle. For each cycle you are able to configure different reaction actions using Colours, Sounds, Arrows, Numbers, Letters, Images etc.
